1. Marketplace Operation
Sree Flower Decoration provides a technology platform connecting event hosts ("Clients") with certified florists, decorators, and ceremony specialists ("Vendors"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing a booking order, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Quotations, Advance Tokens & Final Settlements
All quotations generated on the platform are valid until the specified expiry date. A booking is confirmed only once the required advance token deposit is verified via our digital payment gateway or approved UPI reference. The balance payment must be settled upon successful stage completion on the event date.
3. Vendor Partner Obligations
Vendor partners agree to provide authentic photographs of past work, maintain professional conduct, arrive at venues at least 2 hours prior to scheduled event start times, and supply fresh flowers matching quotation specifications.
4. Contact & Disputes
In case of service discrepancies, clients may contact the Sree Flower Concierge team within 24 hours of the event conclusion for mediation and resolution.
